If you MUST go, please fill out the form below. We have a 10 day cancellation policy for the T-Shirt Club, and a 5 day cancellation for the Ultimate Dog Mom Box.
If it is within 10 days of the 5th, your cancellation won’t take effect until the following month.

The deadline to cancel for the July T-shirt Club is: June 25th
