When does my subscription renew?
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 5th of each month. You will receive a reminder for renewal will be 3 days before billing.
What is the cut-off date to order for the following month?
When will my package arrive?
All monthly boxes and T-shirt club bags ship at the same time – on or around the 10th of the month – and it should take just a few days for your Dog Mom package to arrive on your doorstep!
If you are not completely satisfied with your Dog Mom Lifestyles box, you can cancel your membership at any time.
If you want to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, just cancel or contact us 7 days prior to the renewal date, which means you have to cancel on or before the 1st of each month. Email us at woof@dogmomlifestyles.com or login to your account and click on cancel.
If you don’t cancel by the 29th day of the month before, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT ( because some items are made to fit you and/or your dog). We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped out.

Is there a contract?
If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 11th of each month. You will get a reminder email on the 10th of each month in case you need to make a last minute change to your address, billing information or skip a month. So don’t sweat it if you need to skip a month or cancel! We’ll welcome you back when you are able to rejoin.
