Puppy mills are otherwise a business that over breeds dogs without any type of medical care, including vaccinations ect. Even the simple things in life like fresh air,green grass, a water bowl or food dish. They have thrown food in for a drink from a guinea pig bottle, never bathed, treated for fleas, etc. meet Dusty, a rescue that was simply used for breeding purposes. This is her transition. This is why we do what we do.
