We totally get itβsometimes things donβt work out, and thatβs okay! Thatβs why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Fetch a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as you received it

Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start your return, simply email us at bark@dogmomlifestyles.com, and weβll guide you through the process. Returns should be sent to:

Once your return is approved, weβll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return wonβt be accepted.
After we receive your return, weβll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take a little extra time to process it on their end.

We want everything to arrive paw-fectly! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us ASAP so we can make it right!
What Canβt Be Returned? π«
Some things just arenβt returnable, including:

We also canβt accept returns on food products (because, wellβ¦ once a treat is out in the world, we canβt be sure it hasnβt been sniffed and sampled!).

Need a different size, color, or style? The best way to swap it out is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. That way, youβll get what you want faster!
