If there's ever a hiccup with your goodies, don't worry — our Happy Team is on it! Whether it's a missing treat, a mix-up, or your pup simply turning up their nose (hey, we get it!), we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.

We measure our success in tail wags, happy barks, and zoomies, so our expert dog parents will work with you to find the best solution for you and your furry bestie.

Returns & Exchanges – No Ruff Stuff! 🐾

We totally get it — sometimes things don't work out, and that's okay! That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Fetch a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as you received it
Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start your return, simply email us at bark@dogmomlifestyles.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Returns should be sent to:

Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

After we receive your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take a little extra time to process it on their end.

Damages & Whoopsies 🐶

We want everything to arrive paw-fectly! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us ASAP so we can make it right!

What Can't Be Returned? 🚫

Some things just aren't returnable, including:

Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (like beauty items)
Gift cards
Sale items

We also can't accept returns on food products (because, well… once a treat is out in the world, we can't be sure it hasn't been sniffed and sampled!).

Want to Make an Exchange? 🔄

Need a different size, colour, or style? The best way to swap it out is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. That way, you'll get what you want faster!

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 🌍

If your order is shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no questions asked! The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
