Returns & Exchanges – No Ruff Stuff! 🐾

We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay! That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Fetch a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✅ In the same condition as you received it
✅ Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
✅ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start your return, simply email us at bark@dogmomlifestyles.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Returns should be sent to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

After we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take a little extra time to process it on their end.

Damages & Whoopsies 🐶

We want everything to arrive paw-fectly! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us ASAP so we can make it right!


What Can’t Be Returned? 🚫

Some things just aren’t returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (like beauty items)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale Items

We also can’t accept returns on food products (because, well… once a treat is out in the world, we can’t be sure it hasn’t been sniffed and sampled!).


Want to Make an Exchange? 🔄

Need a different size, color, or style? The best way to swap it out is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. That way, you’ll get what you want faster!

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 🌍

If your order is shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no questions asked! The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
