What’s the difference between the Ultimate Dog Mom Box and the Ultimate VIP Dog Mom Box?
Both boxes are packed with premium surprises for you and your pup—including luxurious self-care goodies, tasty treats, fun toys, and more. But the Ultimate VIP Dog Mom Box takes things up a notch with an exclusive, trendy dog-lover t-shirt that's custom-designed each month—only available to Ultimate VIP members! 🎉
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps.
A few things to note:
- If you're on a month-to-month plan, cancellation stops future renewals immediately.
- If you're on a 6 or 12-month plan and have boxes remaining, you'll still be billed for and receive the remaining boxes as part of your original commitment. You can cancel on your account page once your commitment period is up - or chat with us using the Woof Us button on the bottom left and we can cancel for you. Please note: If you cancel before your commitment period ends, you’ll still be charged for—and receive—the remaining boxes in your plan.
Want to cancel early? There’s a $34.99 early cancellation fee for ending a multi-month subscription before it's complete.
Please note: To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellations must be made by the 25th of the month. Requests received after the 25th will apply to the following cycle.
Can I add more dogs?
Yes you can add up to two more dogs during the checkout process. When you add an extra dog you'll receive an extra bag of treats, an extra toy and an additional wellness/lifestyle accessory for each additional pup.
Can I add more treats or toys to my monthly box?
Yes, email us at bark@dogmomlifestyles.com and let us know how many bags of treats to add on. Each bag costs $8.99.
Can I give a box as a gift?
Absolutely! We love dog moms gifting dog moms. Choose “This is a gift” at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest—including a note from you.
When does my subscription renew?
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 5th of each month. You will receive a reminder for renewal 3 days before billing.
When will my package arrive?
All monthly boxes and T-shirt club bags ship at the same time – on or around the 10th of the month – and it should take just a few days for your Dog Mom package to arrive on your doorstep!
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
We ship to Canada and internationally.

What if I need to skip a month or pause my subscription?
We understand you might need a break financially and you have the option to pause your account once a year for up to 2 months. If you would like to do this please email us at bark@dogmomlifestyles.com and we will be happy to help.

Each monthly box is packed with love and curated just for dog moms like you! You’ll receive:
- 1–2 self-care and 1-2 lifestyle items just for you
- 2–3 toys, treats, or accessories your pup will love
- A featured rescue story you helped support

If you or your pup aren't happy with our box, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please email us at bark@dogmomlifestyles.com. You may disable the auto-renewal on your multi-month subscription commitment at any time from your account dashboard here.
Is the Dog Mom Lifestyles box Customizable?
Yes! We know that every pup is unique. That's why you can always tailor your box based on food sensitivities, chew styles, play styles, durability, size, breed, and more. Reach out to our team at bark@dogmomlifestyles.com to start customizing!
